A Teambuilding event was held by PPDM on 22nd January 2022 at Kiulu River, Tamparuli. The event was participated by all PPDM staff.
The event began with a safety briefing by the trainer, followed by the rafting competition and team building activities.
The event aims to build good relationships within the team, where interactions between the participants to strengthen in advancing the organization and show cooperation in achieving the goals of the organization.
At the end of the event, the staff were solidified the processes required to reach a joint decision in harmony and the way to have a good relationship in the organization.
