CLIENTS’ CHARTER

To ensure the delivery of quality services to our customers, we promise to provide services in accordance with the following standard.

Process numerical data or simple statistics that are available in the UMS data warehouse system (Ready)

One (1) working day after the complete application is received.

Process data that requires a format or list and requires data review (Normal)

Three (3) working days after a complete application is received.

Processing data that requires a complex format or list and requires data review (Complex)

Seven (7) working days after a complete application is received.

Dashboard/analysis discussion with the applicant after the application is received

A period of three (3) working days or another date agreed with the applicant.

The development of the dashboard/analysis is completed within the period agreed with the applicant

According to the agreement with the applicant.

Complete customer complaint processing

Five (5) working days after the customer’s complaint is received.
