Our Retreat and Team Building Programme

On 5 th and 6 th December 2018, a teambuilding retreat event was organized by Centre of Data and Information Management (PPDM) for all PPDM staffs. The event took place at Beringgis Beach Resort in Papar area.

The purpose of this teambuilding retreat event is to discuss the KPI and conducted activities which were planned on year 2018 as well as issues and challenges faced throughout the activities. Meanwhile, we also discussed on the activities planning for year 2019. Vision, Mission and Objectives of PPDM were finalized during the retreat event as well.

PPDM consists of staffs who have different schemes, skills, experiences, and backgrounds. Hence, the teambuilding event was organized to form a good team with members who can rely on each other, commit to achieve the milestones, and hold responsibilities together.

Resulted from the resolution of the event, the realization of launching digital ID and utilization of student e-attendance application (Smart-Hadir) are expected to be more challenging in year 2019.
